By registering an account, accessing the naga15 website, or using any of the services offered by naga15, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the naga15 platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access the site.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the naga15 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the naga15 platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

naga15 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations. naga15 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with regulatory authorities on such matters.

To access real-money games and services on naga15, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to maintain only one active naga15 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. naga15 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

naga15 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Deposits: naga15 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. naga15 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval, subject to verification requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have:

• Completed all applicable KYC verification requirements.
• Met any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds.
• Not triggered any fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity flags on your account.
• Deposited and wagered at least once using real money (not bonus funds only).

Currency: All transactions on naga15 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player and are determined by the player's payment provider.

naga15 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In cases where fraud is confirmed, naga15 reserves the right to forfeit the relevant funds and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

naga15 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all naga15 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. naga15 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.

Random Number Generation: All RNG-based games on naga15 use certified random number generators that have been independently tested to ensure fairness and unpredictability. The outcome of each game round is entirely random and cannot be influenced by naga15, the player, or any third party.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. All live game sessions are recorded. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game round, naga15 will resolve the affected bet in accordance with the applicable game rules and, where necessary, the recorded footage of the session.

Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, naga15 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the relevant stake to the player's account. naga15 is not liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

Disconnections: naga15 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing bets, particularly in live dealer games where disconnection may result in an open bet being settled automatically.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the naga15 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to naga15 support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the naga15 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with naga15 software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing naga15 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

naga15 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment processors, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies to identify and act on prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to any refund of deposits or return of forfeited funds.

All content on the naga15 platform — including but not limited to the naga15 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of naga15 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the naga15 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any naga15 content without prior written consent.
• Use the naga15 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on naga15 content or software.
• Use naga15 content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

The naga15 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. naga15 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, naga15 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond naga15's reasonable control.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the naga15 platform.

In any event, naga15's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your naga15 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

naga15 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the naga15 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

naga15 collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.

naga15 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud and money laundering.

naga15 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. naga15 will attempt to notify you via your registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee may be deducted from dormant account balances, subject to applicable regulations. The balance will never be reduced below zero.

Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your naga15 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after all applicable checks have been completed.

naga15 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, naga15 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the naga15 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting naga15 support and providing a written description of the issue. naga15 will endeavor to respond to and resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days.

Complaints: If you are not satisfied with naga15's response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter through the appropriate regulatory channels available under Philippine gaming law. naga15 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
